Yes, you can lose weight and still eat carbs. It’s all about moderation and portion control. You can enjoy carbs without overindulging. Simply limit yourself to a sensible portion size and make sure to pair them with other nutrient-rich foods. 

Carbs are an important part of a healthy diet, so don’t eliminate them completely. Just be conscious of how much you’re eating.
